DESCRIPTION:Events		\n						\n				\n					\n		\n					\n		\n				\n						\n					\n			\n						\n				\n					Advanced Board Workshop				\n				\n				\n				\n									ACEO\, in collaboration with Signium\, organizes the Advanced Board Workshop\, a specialized program of two-hour workshops designed for both executives who already serve on Boards of Directors and wish to further enhance their effectiveness\, and experienced senior executives preparing to take on a Board role. The Advanced Board Workshop\, delivered by Signium and led by Yannos Michopoulos\, Partner\, Energy and Board Services\, focuses on modern corporate governance principles\, the roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors\, the Chair and Board Committees\, as well as the dynamics of the relationships that influence Board effectiveness. The workshop also highlights the importance of risk oversight\, sustainability and stakeholder management\, aiming to strengthen strategic judgment and long-term value creation. Through a practical and interactive approach\, participants will have the opportunity to refresh their knowledge\, enhance their Board readiness and further develop the skills required for meaningful participation in a modern Board of Directors. The goal is not simply to secure a seat at the Board table\, but to have the ability to create real value around it! Workshops will be held in small groups\, with a maximum of 17 participants. Prior experience serving on Boards of Directors and/or participation in the “Directors of the Future” program is a prerequisite for attendance.
