Succession Planning Workshop: From Theory to Practice<\/h2>\n

The Executive Lab<\/strong>, titled \u201cSuccession Planning Workshop: From Theory to Practice,\u201d<\/strong> was held in collaboration with People for Business<\/strong>, as part of the Leadership Routes Group<\/strong> initiative of ACEO<\/strong>, led by Dorina Economopoulou<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A hands-on leadership succession planning workshop designed for boards of directors facing one of the most underestimated risks: the absence of a documented succession plan at the top. Losing a key executive without a prepared successor is not merely an operational gap; it is a business continuity risk that affects company valuation, investor confidence, and organizational stability.<\/p>\n

Through practical examples and the exchange of experiences, the workshop highlighted that performance is not the same as potential<\/strong>, future leaders are developed through experience, and strong leadership pipelines reduce business risk and accelerate growth.<\/p>\n
