Lefteris Anastasakis,<\/strong> Vice President in PRIORITY Quality Consultants, . Secretary of the General Meeting was Ms. <strong>Efi Papadogianni<\/strong>, Managing Director &amp; VP at KONE Hellas and the role of the registrars at the General Meeting had Mr. <strong>Dionisis Boudouvas<\/strong>, Managing Director at COMBATT SA, and Mr. <strong>Konstantinos Moraitakis<\/strong>, Chairman &amp; CEO at UNISON FACILITY SERVICES Hellas, who supervised the digital electoral process.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: var(--tec-font-size-4); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">The Chairman of the Association<\/span> <strong style=\"font-size: var(--tec-font-size-4); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">Mr. Vassilis Rabbat,<\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: var(--tec-font-size-4); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">presented the activities of the Association for 2020, while the Treasurer,<\/span> <strong style=\"font-size: var(--tec-font-size-4); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">John Kolovos,<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: var(--tec-font-size-4); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Managing Director at EDENRED HELLAS, made the Management Report and presented the Annual Balance Sheet 2020, which were unanimously approved by the General Meeting exonerating the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee from any responsibility.
