At ACEO’s Pulsing event, organized by the Leadership Pathways action team led by Dorina Oikonomopoulou, ACEO Board Member, we had the pleasure of hosting one of the most insightful Executive Dialogues of the year: “Building a Sustainable Culture of Productivity and Talent in Greece.”
We opened an honest dialogue about the future of Greek leadership, drawing on the findings of the recent ACEO & Mercer study, which clearly highlights critical issues such as talent shortages, productivity, artificial intelligence, demographic trends, as well as the opportunities shaping the future of our organizations.
The event began with remarks by Dorina Oikonomopoulou, who emphasized the role of leadership in building a culture of trust, consistency, and growth. This was followed by a presentation of the study’s findings by Katerina Psychopaida, Partner, Talent & Employee Experience, Mercer, bringing forward the real needs of Greek organizations today.
