Scope:
The establishment of EASE as one of the key thought leaders of the business ecosystem and the facilitation of business activity for its members.

Outlined Major Initiatives ahead:
•Deepen collaboration with the state.
•Assign responsible Members to key ministries.
•Develop and present proposals for legislative interventions.
•Submit proposals to the state for new public projects.
•Identify future trends and new skills required, contributing to state preparedness.
•Collaborate with relevant organizations in Greece and abroad.
•Activate existing MoUs and sign new ones.
•Coaching / Mentoring on entrepreneurship for the state and relevant bodies.
•Implement a flexible contribution mechanism involving all interested ACEO Members.

Scope:
The team will focus on every aspect concerning modern leadership in the present and the future in order to develop an environment that promotes continuous growth, progress, and innovation.

Outlined Major Initiatives ahead:
•Organization of Leadership Shots / Espresso Presentations, Workshops, Interactive Lectures, Seminars, and Evening Sessions, both in-person and online, focusing on modern leadership methods, human resources management, strategic planning, and other relevant topics. These activities are conducted in collaboration with specialized organizations, taking into account developments in the contemporary business environment.
•Showcase leadership role models / presentations by successful leaders of major organizations / Leader’s Platform.
•Organization of events addressing contemporary issues faced by Leaders / General Managers / C-suite executives, focusing on their personal challenges, responsibilities, obligations, career, and agenda in a period of transition.
•Leadership Think Tanks.

Scope:
Actions and collaborations with public and private bodies aimed at strengthening and supporting entrepreneurship in Greece, with emphasis on youth, innovation, and technology, particularly on how its adoption can transform businesses.

Outlined Major Initiatives ahead:
•Voluntary – Advisory contributions from our members to reputable organizations promoting youth entrepreneurship, such as High Schools (JA Greece), Universities (THINK BIZ), major financial groups (Project Future | Piraeus Bank & Regeneration), etc.
•Providing our members with insight and knowledge about the processes across the entire entrepreneurship ecosystem (startups, scale-ups/accelerators, venture corporate, major national projects).

•Connection with initiatives and contribution of our expertise to public bodies, such as the Ministry of Development (innovation parks, legislation to facilitate entrepreneurship), the Ministry of Education (introducing entrepreneurship courses in schools), and private organizations such as Innovative Greece, Endeavour, etc.
•Compilation of best practices and examples of digital transformation across companies worldwide and informing members through webinars, white papers, and concise presentations.
Transforming ACEO itself: adoption of tools and processes that can gradually, starting from small and quick wins, transform EASE into the modern and agile organization that its members expect.
•Expanding the existing member base in the new CRM and providing limited access to special groups such as startups or other organizations, aiming to enhance networking among members and generally strengthen entrepreneurship.

Scope:
Through ACEO’s broader institutional role, strengthen member connections by developing educational, cultural, and sports activities with the goal of continuously increasing participation and satisfaction. Exclusive & unique happenings for members and their families (partners, children), based on the pillars of 360° WellBeing, Business and Social Networking, and member benefits.

Outlined Major Initiatives ahead:
Sports, Culture, Events
•Sports (basketball, tennis, sailing, rowing,etc.).
•Events (winetasting, cooking, music, parties etc.).
•Visit entrepreneurs, businesses, ambassadors etc.
•Trips, excursions, museums, exclusive tours.
•Theatre, movies, premiers, meet the artists.
•Bonding teams (dancing, singing, etc.).
•Do good! (beachcleaning, planting trees etc.).
•Charity events.

Scope
Taking initiatives and actions aimed at promoting ESG practices and empowering ACEO members to adopt them. The main focus areas of the group are a) social, primarily on labor practices, equal opportunities, and employee development management by companies and b) corporate governance, highlighting its importance, its link to issues such as attracting new talent, and the need for adaptation (how it affects businesses).

Outlined Major Initiatives ahead
•Mapping the current situation (desk research from existing studies) and/or mapping ACEO’s ESG (survey among ACEO members).
•Organizing seminars and educational events to raise awareness of ESG practices and their benefits.
•Creating informational/educational material and tools to support ACEO members in implementing ESG practices – in collaboration with companies specializing in these topics.
•Promoting dialogue and knowledge exchange between companies (ACEO members and non-members) regarding ESG practices – sharing best practices.
•Participating in initiatives that promote ESG practices – collaboration with other organizations.

Scope:
•Expanding ACEO’s membership base, particularly in sectors of the economy that are currently underrepresented, such as industry, top 100 companies, and others.
•Retaining existing members and regaining former ones. Redesigning membership criteria and including prominent figures and innovation hubs.
•Attracting executives from regional areas and abroad.

Outlined Major Initiatives ahead:
•Mapping the current situation with the support of expert members, such as ICAP.
•Conducting surveys among existing and target members.
•Redesigning materials, the selling story, and the overall approach strategy.
•Implementing anti-attrition and win-back actions (e.g., exit interviews).
•Launching membership acquisition campaigns and leveraging ACEO events.
•Onboarding activities for new members.
•Engaging the Board of Directors in all initiatives.
•Potential quick wins.
