In the 2nd workshop of the new AI-Driven Leadership Series, on the topic “AI at the helm – Strategic generative AI for decision makers”, we discovered how Artificial Intelligence can become a strategic ally for leaders and entrepreneurs!
Stefanos Karagos, CEO of XPLAIN and Lead Instructor of XPLAIN Academy, presented us with how we can leverage Artificial Intelligence strategically: from its basic categories (Assistants, Copilots, Agents), to how AI Agents take on complex tasks and free up human resources.
We learned about real-world applications in areas such as negotiation automation and customer analytics, the importance of a gradual adoption of AI, and the role of leaders in guiding the integration of AI in an ethical and creative way.
