The ACEO Action Team for Equal Opportunities in Leadership continued to organize Business CEOnergies Breakfast Meetings and, in2021, the Association held an event in the context of this successful institution.

The 16th CEOnergies Breakfast was an initiative of the ACEO Action Team for Equal Opportunities in Leadership, led by Ms. Valeria Tsami, Managing Director at Focus Bari SA, who introduced the event. How can one find the strength to take a step forward through an extremely unpleasant experience, that of being fired? Mr. Peter Ashworth, Managing Director at Acomodeo an inspired speaker, shared his personal experience with us. Through the dialogue with the coordinators, Ms. Fani Klyda, B.U. Director, Executive Search, Assessment & Coaching at TRENKWALDER GROUP GREECE and Mr. Kostas Giokas, Business Development – M&A Director and Head of HR at TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS, Mr. Ashworth expressed and conveyed his feelings but also the moves that led him to new career perspectives.
