The important issue of corporate governance was addressed to the members of ACEO, Ms Natasa Stamou, Second Vice-Chair of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), Mr. Lefteris Anastasakis, Vice President in PRIORITY Quality Consultants, and Mr. Panagiotis Anastasakis, Managing Director at PRIORITY Quality Consultants, under the coordination of Advisor to the ACEO Board of Directors. Mr John Anastasopoulos, The speakers presented the main axes of the corporate governance code as reflected in law 4706/2020, which concerns both listed and non-listed companies and affects the operating pillars of each company. The Association of Chief Executive Officers (ACEO), that participates in the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (HCGC), being faithful and sticking to its goal of strengthening professional management in Greece, will continue to keep its members informed of the best management practices.
