At the 2nd Executive Lab, organized ACEO’s Leadership Routes Group, led by Dorina Oikonomopoulou, members had the opportunity to explore the fundamental power of the voice in spoken language through the analysis of iconic speakers and illustrative examples.

Participants discovered how the voice can convey empathy, authenticity, and a commanding presence, but also how elements such as active listening, tone, rhythm, and pauses can enhance more meaningful and impactful communication.

And because the voice is more than just speech… the workshop ended on a different note, with the participants joining their voices together and experimenting with different tones and rhythms in a fun group exercise.
