With strong participation and meaningful dialogue, the first Mastermind Group session of the Think Tank Leadership series took place, under the theme “Leading Under Pressure: Tools for a VUCA World.”

The initiative was organized by the Leadership Routes Action Team of ACEO, led by Dorina Oikonomopoulou. The thematic framework was selected by the participants, while Alexandra Efthimiadou, PhD Psychologist, Neuro-Linguistics expert, and Founder of nlpgreece, facilitated the interactive discussion that followed.

Within the Mastermind Group, our members shared real-life leadership challenges, guided by three core principles – Confidentiality, Contribution, Commitment.

The discussion focused on the concept of “shielding vs. taking things personally,” exploring how leaders can detach from emotion, ask targeted questions, and clarify information in order to make more conscious and effective decisions.

Another step toward meaningful dialogue among senior leaders, leveraging collective intelligence.
