ACEO welcomed Dimitris Pisimisis!

The Meet the Leader event series, organized by the Leadership Routes team led by Dorina Oikonomopoulou, aims to bring our members together with leading figures for a meaningful conversation, in a more personal environment, away from formal speeches. Our guests share challenges, experiences and lessons that have shaped their own leadership path, illuminating different perspectives on leadership and entrepreneurship.

At the recent meeting, Dimitris Pisimisis took us on a journey through the philosophy of leadership through his long experience at BIC—the “island of Innovation,” as he called it. “It’s all about people,” he told us, emphasizing that success starts with the team.

He spoke about leadership based on the triptych Vision | Context | Freedom, where a clear framework gives people room to innovate and evolve.
