The issues referring to the skills and the relevant perspectives in the continuous development of business executives were the issues discussed by Dr. Kyriakos Sambatakakis,President & Managing Director of Accenture Greece, Ms. Elena Papadopoulou, CHRO, OTE GROUP and Ms. Evi HatziioannouNational Bank Group Chief Human Resources Officer, under the coordination of Ms. Angelina Michailidou, General Manager & Partner at RESPONSE BUSINESS CONSULTANTS SA., during the first part of the ACEO event which took place on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at the ΟΤΕAcademy Auditorium. The opening speech of the event was delivered by the Head of Innovation, Technology & Digital Transformation Team and ACEO Board member, Mr. George Katiniotis, CEO at MYRMEX Inc. In the second part of the event, Mrs. Maria Vakola, Organizational psychologist & Professor at Athens University of Economics and Business and Mr Costas Gianniotis, Group Vice Chairman and CEO at Intersalonica Group, spoke about resistance to change and how it is dealt with. The panel discussion was coordinated by Dr. Theodore Krintas, Founder & CEO of Koubaras Ltd., while the findings and the conclusions of the event were presented by Mr. Yiannis Argyrakos, General Manager of OTEAcademy.
