Υannis Papachristou was born in Greece in 1970. He began his studies at the National Technical University of Athens as a Chemical Engineer and completed obtaining a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Geneva.

In 1996 he took his first professional steps in the Marketing department of Johnson & Johnson Hellas where he started as an Assistant Brand Manager and developed into a Marketing Manager. In 2000 he took over the position of Marketing Director at L’Oreal Hellas, and then moved to the company’s headquarters in Paris, where he worked as Marketing Director – Europe Zone 10 and supervised, among other things, the Scandinavian countries, the Netherlands , Belgium, Portugal, Turkey, and Switzerland. From 2006 to 2013 he was General Manager – L’Oreal Mass Market Division in three countries (Hungary, Greece and Russia).

In 2014 he transferred to Coca Cola HBC Russia as Commercial General Manager and in 2016 he returned to Greece as Country Manager / Managing Director of Greece and Cyprus Coca Cola 3E. In September 2020 he moved to Chipita where he took over the role of Deputy CEO of the Group and is also a member of the Board of Directors. The fall of 2022 he became ANTENNA’s Group CEO.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of ECR ​​Hellas and was chairman of the Organizing Committee of the EASE Conference in 2020.
