At a special event held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, on the initiative of the ACEO’s Team for Equal Opportunities in Leadership, Ms. Domna Michailidou, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, referred to the substantial implications of the demographic problem on the development of businesses and the socio-economic development of our country stating that “The demographic problem of our country is a multidimensional phenomenon that lasts for an extended period of time. That’s why we aim to fight against it and deal with it with active social policies”. The ACEO Chairman, Chairman of the ACEO Board of Directors, Managing Director and General Manager of Xerox Hellas S.A., Mr. Vassilis Rabbat, discussed with the Deputy Minister about the role that the private sector could have in matters of equal opportunities and inclusion and he coordinated the event that took place in a Conference room of the OTEAcademy.
