Alexandros Alivizatos is a Management Consultant & Head of Business Units at the Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC), overseeing the strategic management and development of the company’s real estate portfolio and business Units.
Prior to joining HPPC, he served as General Manager of Redex, a Copelouzos Group company, where he played a key role in its expansion into construction, facility management, and energy efficiency projects. At the same time, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Novacon, managing high-value public sector contracts.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Property Manager at Copelouzos Group (2006-2009) before moving to Redex in 2009 as Finance & Operations Manager and later being appointed General Manager in 2011. He started his career as Project Manager & Operations Analyst at DHL Hellas, leading the implementation of European projects in the Greek market.
Since 2013, he has been a founding member of the Hellenic Facility Management Association (HFMA), serving as Chairman of the Board from 2018 to 2024 and as EuroFM Ambassador for Greece. He is also a Board Member of the Association of Chief Executive Officers (EASE) and a co-leader of the organization’s initiative supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology.
Alexandros is actively involved in facility management, contract management, and large-scale real estate asset management, providing consulting services and speaking at various national and international conferences.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Management with a specialization in Information Systems from the University of Bath.
He was born in Athens in 1978 and is the father of two children.
