Several good practices for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace were presented during this special event. The guest speakers, Mr. Triantafyllos Alexopoulos, Chief Human Resources Officer, Teleperformance Greece, Ms. Dimitra DaskalakiOrganisational Development & Communications Director at METRO AEBE, Ms. Emmanuela Karamali, Human Resources Director, Aegean Airlines & Olympic Air, Ms. Eugenia LianouHead of Total Quality and Human Resources at COCO-MAT Group, and Ms. Iro MeliouHuman Resources Director at Vodafone, talked about the principles and the practices adopted by their companies regarding the issues of inclusion and equal opportunities and they commented the findings of the relevant survey that was carried out among the ACEO members and these findings were presented during the opening speech of Ms Valeria Tsami, Managing Director at Focus Bari, ACEO Board member, & Head of Equal Opportunities in Leadership Team.
