Rebecca Pitsika is the Managing Partner at N2Growth in Greece. She will lead the firm’s executive search and leadership advisory operations based in Athens. Throughout her 25+ year career in Human Resources, Rebecca has worked in well-known local and multinational companies, including Ericsson, Laiki Bank, and Manpower, where she held the role of the HR Manager and member of BoD. In 2007, she founded People for Business, a top strategic human resources solutions firm. Later, she was awarded the “2012 Best Young Entrepreneur for Greece” by Sir Stelios Haji Ioannou and the Greek Entrepreneurship Club

With a rich portfolio of articles and speeches in her professional areas of expertise, Rebecca passionately pursues issues on thought leadership and new job market trends while advocating for the need for healthy entrepreneurial growth. In January 2014, she accepted her appointment to participate in the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) by the State Department, USA. In 2016, she was in charge of the innovative process of talent acquisition in the New Democracy as a human resources advisor of Kyriakos Mitsotakis. Rebecca has been included several times in the Fortune List for Most Powerful Women in Greece. In 2022, she co-founded Iversa, the HR AI company, and Extra Mile in HR and joined N2Growth as Managing Partner, leading the firm’s location in Athens.

Rebecca is an active member of multiple management associations; she has been a member of assessment committees for young entrepreneurs in various institutions and personally acted as a mentor to entrepreneurs in more than 20 cases. She is married and has a daughter, Eos, 12 years old. Rebecca speaks English, French, and Spanish.
